From research I think there is a repair kit is available and the part number is 05183485AA. I am in France and we have no dealerships here can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not knowing what year and market (N. amer./EU) differences, I suggest an internet part search/purchase or check out a few salvage yards for one and splice it to the harness.
