Default Intermittent electrical issue

I looked around and found several people that are having similar issues. One that had the almost exact same issue but no responses to it.

Shortly after buying our 2018 T&C my wife was driving and all of a sudden the lights on the dash went crazy, wipers activated, and chimed like the door opened. Then the van went back to driving normally with no issue. Happened again a few months later with same things. All the lights on the dash came on, speedo and tach went dead, wipers came on then off, chime, then back to normal. No loss of power during it or anything like that. Then didn't happen again for almost a year. Well this morning, I was driving it and the issue popped up again. Then again. And again. And again. Didn't matter what we were doing at the time. Either driving, parked, waiting at a red light, making a turn, or whatever else. It would just do it sporadically. I was able to capture video of it.

From what I am seeing with similar issues, is this an ABS module issue? Anyone have experience with this before?
