Default lifting 2012 T&C with floor jack

Where can I place the jack to lift the car so I can put jackstands under the tire-change jacking points? I have a low-profile long-reach floor jack, but have not been able to find sound advice on where to lift each end of the car.

Look behind the front wheel, under the chassis. There should be a padding of sorts under which you can put the jack and raise the car. I usually put the jack under the lowest solid metal which is close to the inside of the wheel and it is most of the time under the suspension part.

Spring pans are always a good place for a trolley jack. Gets the wheel off the ground/floor quicker too.
