I grinded the valves with coarse grout and rechecked the compression. the compression went up to140 from 70, except on #1 and #3, which stayed low(110). Next I resurfaced the heads, regrinded the valves again and replaced the head-gaskets, now I am getting lower pressures than before resurfacing. Rechecked the compression with oil in cylinders but did not improve noticeable Could it be that I did not use fine grout?

PLEASE HELP
