Default Lucas stop oil leak caused large oil and coolant leak.

2002 Chrysler Voyager 3.3L V6

I put 1qt of lucas to the 4qts of engine oil that was in the car. I also added a motocraft FL1A filter. After a few seconds of idling the car leaked a ton of oil onto the oil filter. (I replaced the oil filter gasket). Also coolant began to leak from the radiator hose.

Is there a headgasket problem?
Thanks for any help!

so if there was not an oil leak before you did the oil change then you put the wrong filter on it or you had the old o ring still on there which many of us have done before so dont worry about that. and as far as coolant leaking well see whats causing that. FYI putting lucas into you engine did not cause any of this to happen.
