I just purchased a 2011 T&C, oh yeah! This was a cert used and has the 12/12000 and the 5/100k motor trans warranty included. I really appreciate any insight.

1. They are offering my the max care with a $150 deductible for $1370 is this a good price?

2. I have seen lower deductibles on websites (only interested in the chrysler backed version) but I think the cert used warranty is different and the $150 is standard looking at chrysler's website, anyone have any experience with this?

3. Does the deductible include the diagnostic charge or do you have to pay that plus the deductible?

4. Since it is cert used and I am buying at the time of purchase do I have to worry about pre existing conditions making a claim denied?

Walk into the service dept and grab an advisor or the dispatcher and quiz them about the service contract scenarios. They deal with them multiple times a day. The salesman doesn't have a clue (nor does he/she care) how they work no matter what he/she says.

 

I second that they deal with them they haft to type in the clams they will know what is covered for the amount u say and which plan.

 

Well what about the price? Can I get the lifetime max care on a 2011?
