Not even when I check the lights at startup, in the "eyebrow" there's left and right blinkers, the oil-can and a red dot.

It's actually there. Petrol models have no bulb installed and no software to turn it on if it were put in, but I bet on yours it's just a blown bulb. You can lift the whole info bar with an interior panel puller and then it's easy to check.
