PCM vs. Powertrain Control Module vs. ECM/PCM/ECU?

So the alarm system must be in the PCM . As PCM can be tuned to the key via the vin number as the American company says. In PCM or operating it ?
So a second hand PCM, bought from an ordinary seller needs a little help from a Chrysler dealer methinks to mate up.
