The glass has a plastic moulded bonded to the back and this moulding clips into the housing. I think you need to push the glass upwards to unclip it but it can be very tight. Tilting the mirror (fully out at the top or fully out at the bottom, can't remember which) can help.
Incidentally, you can buy replacement glass off ebay for about £17.00 each, rather than pay Chrysler £60 plus.

Yep, sorted it thx.
The glass pushes upwards to unclip, I just levered it up with two wide flat chisels against the case.
The clips on the right hand side were out. I just sprayed it all inside with GT85 and then pushed it back flat, and levered it down from the top with the same two chisels to locate all the clips.
Job done :-)
