rattling noise when interior climate is on

rattling noise when interior climate is on
hello everyone,
my 2005 T&C developed this rattling noise when I have the heat or interior ventilation on and the car starts moving forward until the transmission changes to second gear. If the car is not in movement the noise is not present.
If I shut off the interior climate control, and start moving, there is no rattling.
I was thinking it was something to do with the transmission at first, but then positively confirmed that it rattle only if the heat or ventilation is on.
Any idea what it could be ?
