Default Rear wiper

The rear wiper quit working on my wife's 2007 Town and Country and also the radio doesn't work. I found a blown fuse (20 amp) and replaced it. The radio works now with the key in ACC position but the fuse blows when I start the engine. Is the radio and rear wiper motor on the same fuse? Why does the fuse only blow when the engine is running? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Has me stumped. Thank you.

Yes, it's labelled "rdo ewd/rr wpr" which I'm thinking is radio, electric windows and rear wiper.
Have you tried starting the car with the radio and rear wipers switched off?
If it still pops the fuse, isolate/unplug one at a time (including the electric window switch) and start to see what happens.

Do you have the glovebox manual?

Thanks for the reply. I ended up replacing the wiper motor and all is good now. Thanks again
