I just bought a 2016 Town and Country premium. There is only 33000 miles kn it and the second tow heated seat does not work nor do the USBs in the second row. The plub does work.

Does this model have electrical issues?

Karen, I just brought a 2013 Town and Country Touring L . I'm experiencing the same issue with mine. Please post what they find is the issue causing the problem. Thanks Mike
