Default Stow and go 2nd row seat

I have a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Limited with Stow and go quad seating. The second row seat on the right will not lock tightly in the up open position, it rocks back and fourth and appears to be loose. I do not see any loose bolts or nuts, please help

Had an issue with the rear seat once where the strap to release the seat got stuck (numbered 2 in my case). That stopped the seat locking into position.
Might be worth having a fiddle with the release strap.
Reading your post again, is it the actual seat that doesn't lock tightly? Or the backrest part of the seat?

Did you ever find out why it had play in it and if there was a fix?

2005 Chrysler Town & Country (first owner) - middle stow n go seats rock when they are latched. Bolts are not loose. The latch seems to have "play" - looks like there was some type of plastic on those latches that have since disintegrated. Any fixes to solve this?
