OK, just heard from the garage and they did hook it up to the computer, they first thought it was too old. Anyways, they think its the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor. They are installing those tomorrow and the total bill with the pickup down the street will be $395.00 I really dont think thats too bad considering, but he said if it's not that ,then it has to be the PCM and then we get expensive.

Get the fuse box module checked out before PCM for bad connections.

Its a posh name for a fuse box or TIPM can often cause multiple non-real problems, ie you certainly have a real problem but its often not related to the diagnosed parts. Airbag non-deployment, fires, stalling, unintended acceleration, headlamp problems and other expensive repairs for hundreds of owners. Eventually class-actions and complaints to regulators and an internal investigation by Chrysler themselves. Goggsy is right you can have a look at this yourself. Depending on your year they look like this :

OK Guys, I will end this thread with my final post. I went to pickup my van and everything seems fine. It seems the crankshaft sensor or the cam sensor WAS the culprit. I don't know which one exactly because they changed both. Anyways, $400 later and I was down the road. Maybe they were playing "parts darts" but I didnt think they raped me too bad. Im glad to have my van back and certainly appreciate all the help and advice you guys gave me. Have a great day gentlemen and will speak to you on the next problem!

Great outcome but pity you couldn't have changed them yourself and saved some money. Your initial fault certainly sounded fuel starvation but in there, there was this, after it heats up fault appearing, meaning a sensor's output not quite what PCM wanted.
As tfb has stated a volt meter would prob detect volts but scope would show irregular peaks and breaks in the signal.
I've added a picture from a scope, regarding camshaft output, per magazine I'm reading. Very interesting.
