"trac off" is on but i dont have traction control option
brake light came on as i was driving but nothing's wrong with the brakes and fluid,,, then "trac off" light came on but my 07 T&C doesn't have that option, on the same day I noticed that my car pulls to the right, my suspension is tight don't need wheel balance and my tires are new, had new rotors and pads done, could a bad caliper cause the lights to come on , what blows my mind is that my car doesn't have trac control option this is the first time I've ever seen the trac off light come on even with key in the on position it never lit up.

Get a check done. Cheap replacements available. DIY. Best of luck.
From a LONG TIME minivan driver....
IF your van is equipped with antilock brakes(and most all are with the gen van you have), then YES you DO have that system. It is NOT a full functioning system that most folks think of, but only activates under marked wheel spin conditions.. It applies brake force to the spinning wheel to regain traction. Mine rarely has activated.
The responses you have received are correct for you to have checked out on your vehicle.
As to your initial thought of a hanging caliper being a cause, YES that is also a possibility. One of my van's had a brake rotor warp badly enough that the ABS and red brake warning light would come on when braking which also gave the message of trac control off on the dash gauge cluster. A sticking brake caliper would do similar. BUT that is easily checked by placing your hand NEAR(not onto) the wheel rim and noting for hot temps compared to other wheel positions. Those lights ARE all controlled thru the wheel speed sensors , so follow the advice given!

Glad to hear you "Got it" now once you find the cause and get it fixed...PLEASE report back what it was that caused and fixed the problem. We are NOT a "tech service" but owner enthusiasts of our vehicles. It is NICE to hear back if our postings helped out.
thanks for the help, my problem was pre covid... so it took a while to resolve, but it was a FL caliper sticking causing my pull to the left and "trac off" light to com on that fixed it, since then i have done so much work on my baby rocker panels, AC compressor , brakes shes running strong at 250k
