Default transmission fluid maintenance

We have a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager with 60,000 miles. The engine is the 3.3 L with the 4 speed electronic transmission. I want to get the fluid changed. Shops that have flush systems don't change the filter. Shops that drop the pan and change the filter are unable to change all the fluid. Is one method preferable over the other?

The flush does clean out the filter a little when the cleaner put in b4 it is flushed.
But if u want a total cleaning then do this flush it and then change the filter.
