Default Voyager 2.8 crd 2004 year

Hello,
I just got a part for my car and i do not know where exactly it is. My problem was when i start the engine if i wait more then 5-6 seconds(when the fuel pump stop working) without accelerate engine the fuel pressure is gone and it starts hard. But if i accelerate as soon as i hear the fuel pump working the pressure is OK and then it starts very easy. I think this is something like fuel valve.

If someone can tell me the exact name of that part will be good.

I recently had huge problems starting my 2.5 CRD due to fuel pressure but in my case it was a clogged fuel filter .. Changed the filter and all my starting problems where gone
