Default Voyager 98 will not start

Hi All from a new member
I have just purchased a 1998 Voyager LE and on 2 occations now it will not start.

When you try to start it will run for about 5 sec and just cuts out. It will do this 3 times then you can't start it at all.
The starter motor will not turnover at all and the milage does not light up at all. I was told to remove the battery and leave it
for 15min and then try it again. I did this and it did not start so I left the battery off or a couple of hours. When I tried it this
time it did start OK.

The other problem I am having is a shudder in the engine at about 2500 revs to 3000 revs when pulling away or trying to overtake.
It is as if the engine is missing.

Can any one give me some advice on the above problems.
Regards, Ian

Hi!
Just in case:
We had a problem that (maybe) has some similarities; visible here.
But due to the nature of the incident, the symptoms to others could be just anything
https://www.chryslerforum.com/m_7700/tm.htm
It was a problem with the fuse & relays box.
Good research.
