My windshield washers recently quit working on my 1997 T & C. I took a line off and there's nothing coming out going to the jets. I checked for power at the pumps on the bottom of the tank and no 12 V ever shows up. The manual says theres a resettable fuse that is resettable only by a dealer. Why is this and where is it?
