Unhappy Transmission failure after engine swap

I bought a 2000 chrysler cirrus Lxi 2.5 L two months ago. The engine was not running correctly and I decided to swap it with another one.

After replacement, now engine is working very good but there is another problem here. Transmission does not work correctly. When I shift it in Drive mode, It doesn't start running. But when i slam the gas pedal (I mean when the rpm goes higher than 3000) it starts running very very slowly.
It also makes a weird noise (like boom boom) while running.

I hooked up a scanner and got the codes which are listed bellow:
P0700
P0732
P0734
P1782

I also found that it just runs when the transmission fluid is fully filled (more than the maximum level),(about 2 gallons) and I see the fluid leakage underneath the car while it runs.

ahhhh you get to take the engine or trans back out and see what you did wrong. Sorry to say but its not a natural failure it was man made.
