Default 1996 Concorde 3.5L PCM failures

My GF's car, the PCM has been replaced by a dealership twice, yet again the car worked for a few months and now will not start.

Why does the dealer keep replacing the PCM, what is making the PCM fail?

The car runs great, then all of a sudden won't start...

According to the last bill from the dealer, they were getting an incorrect response from the PCM and that's why they replaced it... CEL is never on when this happens...

I really need to understand this so I can bust the dealers ***** a bit andfigure outwhy they can't get this right...

well if they had to replace the pcm again u said after 3 months thne it wont cost u a thing correct?? It will be a 12 /12 warranty. Now the causes no one but the tech that replaced it or possably the service advisor will know that. There can be several things that will make a pcm drop out ant aftermarket systems installed??
