Default 2000 Chrysler 300M overheating/ blowing hot air only

Having a problem with car overheating. It only goes to about 3/4. doesnt quite make it to the red. Changed radiator. kept overheating, but not leaking now. I bled it out and today finally got it so just coolant coming out. Now it only blows hot air through mostly defrost and some floor. Nothing comes out of the other vents. Any ideas on the overheating? only blowing hot air? only coming out top and bottom vents? Someone said I might have a blown head gasket. No smoke and no water in oil. Thanks

Would that cause both my problems? Hot air only coming out and the overheating to 3/4 or just above?
