300m just cuts off

Default 300m just cuts off
I have a 1999 300m and one day when I was at a stop, the car just shut off (lights and radio were still on). I threw it in park and it re-started with no problem. This happened 2 other times, then would just shut off when I was going at a low speed, like in a parking lot. Initial thought was a coil issue, but that was fixed and is still happening??? No check engine light comes on. Any thoughts????

get the codes any way there can always be a code and no light.
