Default AutoStick

Hey there..was wondering if anyone could explain how autostickworks. Could someone also confirm that you would use less fuel andif autostick should be used on regular bases?? Also how would you use autostick in winter..I'm having a hard time driving this "baby" in the winter since my tires keep slipping..some one told me to use 2nd gear to start and 3rd gearfor normal winter driving..can anyone either confirm this??

Thanks, Joe.

autostick is nothing but another way for u to control what gear the trans goes into. The tranny computer will do a much better job of saving u fuel then u using autostick. Its a fun kinda thing a bell and whistle. There are safey built into it though if u are in first and floor it it will automaticly change into second when u redline. Have fun

Autostick is fun to drive with, but it isn't really much more fuel efficient. Did you check to see if your tires are bald, bad tires make you slip. I just got new tires and I don't slip anymore. BF goodrich Traction T/A are my recommended, they are direction and are very quite and smoother than stock tires.
