Default broken heating system+ winter= trouble !

A little problem with the heating system of my Chrysler Cirrus 200 :/
It's appears that since I've lock my keys in the car while it was running for about 3 hours long before I can find my spare set of keys ( pretty stupid and humiliating story :/ )
when I got back into my car the heating system have some problems. The air is still coming in but it's not getting hot anymore ! when I turn the button at the full blow of warm air, the income is really weak I get almost nothing inside and only cold air. Also, I realize that the button to choose if you want the air to come from the outside or to cycle into the car was kind of hard . He was on the outside position so from this point I turned it to the other option and now he's too hard to turn it back. So I don't know if I'm clear enough about my problem but I know that having only cold air from heating system right in the middle of winter is really not fun at all !

can somebody give me a tip or two ?
thank you
