Hello!

I have a 2012 200, it currently has 17" 225/55R17 rain mud tires on it, but I need winters on ASAP.

I have a set of 16" winter tires off my old car (2016 ford focus) that would just require new rims, so i'm wondering if it's possible to use them?
I checked a few tires sites and it only gives you the option to purchase 17" and 18" tires for a 200 so i'm thinking not, but thought it would be worth checking.

OEM steel 16" rims from the 08-14 Dodge Avenger and 08-14 200 oem steel rims will fit and clear the rotor/caliper.You don't post what size tire from the Ford are, But you would most likely need 215/60R16 tire size for your 200.
