My 99 300m has a problem that my mechanic cant diagnose. After running for 25 minutes or more it is hard to start hard to start after sitting for a period of time. The symptoms almost seem like vapor lock. The computer has been re-flashed and I don't use alcohol additives of any kind. Help!!!!!

 

kick the gas tank see if that works then u know it s pump any check engine light codes?

 

No codes. I'll tryu the kicking thing next time it acts up. Been running good today, knock on wood!!

 

Had the mechanic check the fuel pump pressure and it was strong and steady. Has chrysler ever issued any "silent" recalls on this problem?
