i have a 93 lebaron and i got in a accident and now after i replaced the blubs and now i tried to adjust the headlights with the adjuster screws and the lights will not move. does any one have some idea how i can adjust them and i have condensation in one of the headlamps. what is the best way to ge that out of there? thanks for the help
