Default help 04 Pacifica fan relay location?

check engine light on, over heated once, code says check relay and wiring. I did not locate relay in fuse/relay box next to battery. Am i missing it or is it located somewhere else?

before spending any money make sure the fan actually runs, open the hood and stand outside the car while its running, watch the temperature and dont let it overheat too much but make sure the fan actually kicks on

fans (dual) do not come on. I ran the temp up pretty high on the gage, and they never came on. Fans may be bad, but thought I should start with relay and fuses.

REMOVAL
Open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Partiacially remove the front fascia to gain access to the radiator fan relay (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/GRILLE - REMOVAL).
Disconnect the relay electrical connector (RADIATOR FAN RELAY).
Remove the rivet attaching the relay to the front bumper beam (RADIATOR FAN RELAY).
Remove the relay.

its behind the front bumper
