HI, I am working on a friend 97 sebring that will not start. I think it has a 2.5l v6. When the key is turned on their is no voltage at the fuel pump. I am not sure which relay is the fuel pump relay or the asd relay. Their is three relays on the fire wall driver side. I checked the relay on the fire wall that is the right most relay (nearest the driver side) and when the the key is turned on one wire shows power on it for about 2 sec., one wire has power all the time (even with the key off), one wire has no power and one wire has power on it as long as the switch is on. I am not sure if this is the fuel pump relay or asd (auto shutdown relay).
