I am working on a friends 97 sebring that will not start. Their is no power getting to the fuel pump when starting car. Their is three relays on the driver side fire wall but I am not sure which relay is the fuel pump relay and the asd (auto shutdown relay). I checked right most relay toward the driver side and it had power on one wire all the time (even with key turned off) another wire had power on it for about 2 sec. when key is turned on, another wire has power as long as the key is on, and the forth wire had no power on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
