My motor works but doesn't pump fluid through the lines.Anyone have ideas?

 

Check for a leak, check the level of fluid. If you can't figure it out, look up the Chrysler Sebring Convertible Club and see if someone there has posted a fix. If you need to hire it done, fine a shop that specializes in convertible tops. They deal with them all day, every day and can probably help you out easily and quickly.
