2015 Chrysler 200 Uconnect network issues
Hello everyone!
I have had my 2015 Chrysler 200 since 2018 and have never been able to access my Uconnect. Everytime I’ve ever tried to register it’s always said service not available. I’ve call multiple times to Uconnect to have them reset my radio and it never works. Been on the phone with supervisors and they have had me go into dealer mode to get a number that’s never there it always says null. My radio is updated to the newest software. I’ve been to the dealership two times to get a star case opened an still nothing! The last supervisor I spoke with said it’s a network issue and that I would probably have to get a new radio.
if anyone can give me any advice or if anyone has had this same issue. I would truly hate to have to foot the bill on a radio I’ve never had a chance to fully use.
