Help! I've been having an intermittent problem with my heat/AC blower cutting out. It would quit altogether, then I changed the relay. Now when it cuts out it only works on the lowest speed. Better than nothing, but it has been very hot lately in NJ. What could be the problem?

 

Do you mean that the interior fan for vent air force cuts out and/or only works on the lowest speed? IF so, and a manual control HVAC system then my best bet would be a dying interior blower fan. I also had a similar situation with my 04 T&C with digital auto temp control ...dying blower fan.
