As a Top Care Specialist, I work in conjunction with the Executive Referral Group. We become engaged in high profile cases to ensure proper Customer satisfaction. In addition, our group is active on a number of forums to offer support to the Canadian members.
If I'm not mistaken, my U.S. counter part is also active on this forum.
