Default HELP! 98 Cirrus abs issue

I have a 1998 chrysler cirrus with the v6. i have an issue with the brakes. everytime i start up the car whether it is cold or hot, and no matter how many times i drive it through out the day it always does this for the first 2 or 3 times braking. i presson the brakes normally and the ABS kicks in, the brakes pulsate then the ABS light comes on. then the ABS light stays on for as long as i drive the car. then i shut the car off, turn it back on the ABS light is off until i brake for the first couple times and the brakes pulsate again.
you can even hear the abs kick in. the noise the ABS makes just like you were sliding on ice and pressed the brakes. and it does it EVERYTIME. after the first 2 or 3 times it wont do it anymore until i turn the car off.
any ideas?
