Default Humming sound

a few weeks ago, my car started making this humming sound and it got to the point where you couldn't hear yourself think. The garage told me that is was the hub, so I changed it. Now the sound is down but the inside of my car shakes when I it 50km/h and gets worse as I go up. Can someone help me with this.

Default RE: Humming sound

did you rotate the tires at all? did everything else look okay where the hub was at? does the vibration ever go away?
