Chrysler Concorde 1996 Lxi 3.5 p0300 random misfire
The main thing I need help with is the check engine p0300 random misfire. I got this car for free from a family friend with 196k miles. Has 226k. I don’t really know cars. I pressure washed the engine bay with a wide nozzle, and it was making a whining noise after that, but the noise went away. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and crankshaft position sensor. I drove from Utah to California and nearly ran out of gas. When I got to the gas station I filled it with gasoline, but when I got back on the freeway the check engine came on (p0300). I don’t know if it is related to me pressure washing the engine bay, replacing the mentioned parts, that I let my fuel get so low it pulled contaminants through the line, or something else.
