Default Rear Brake Problems

I have a 99 300M and I really need to change my rear rotors, but I can't get the rear Caliper guide pins off..... I can get one off but not the lower one, and I think it might be because the car has 108000 miles on it and the rear brakes have never needed to be changed, and 9 years of use has really payed its toll on the bolts. None of my sockets seem to fit right, and I think the bolt is stripped is there any way to get them off..... I've tried using PB blaster and Vise Grips, but the Vise Grips are too large to get into that area...... I need to get the rotors off very soon so Replies will be appreciated.

Thanks

I actually got the caliper bolts off with a craftsman bolt remover, but now I'm having trouble removing the rotor, has anyone else had this problem because if I'm right don't I just have to slide the rotor out....

I actually got it off with a couple really good hits with a hammer, but There was so much corrosion on the hub, that it looked like the rotor was welded on. But now I put a lot of Anti-seize on it this time around, so hopefully this doesn't happen again.
