1997 Sebring
Hi, new here and my Son has a 97 Sebring with a V6 engine..
Though it was 5 degrees last night it would not start today.
It will run though. The main problem he is having is when it is running, it idles great. But you press the foot feed quickly and it sounds like it is running on maybe one cylinder. No power whatsoever.. Just almost completely dies but does not. Let off and it idles perfectly again. If we drive it and work the throttle up very slowly it will eventually take and go like a rocket till you let off, slow down and it all starts over again..Any thought appreciated.. Seems this would be a problem that should be well known.
Thanks

Get some throttle body cleaner. Yes, you'll need to open things up to get in there.
Read the instructions on the can, don't scrape anything, let the stuff work. A toothbrush is about as aggressive as you'll want to get.
