Ball Bearing
what all uses a ball bearing in a 1999 sebring V6 engine. The vehicle starts fine, but will not move when put into gear. and several round ball bearings where found under the car. so I am guessing a part with bearings broke.
Thanks

Sounds like a serious transmission problem. There's no way to diagnose it over the internet. You'll have to have a competent and trustworthy transmission shop look at it. It will not be a cheap repair.

CV Axle is the problem, the drivers side one came apart by the wheel. Will be doing the repair next weekend. Would do sooner, but have too much going on, should only take an hour or so to replace.

I was thinking CV joint myself which is really good news for you. How much for the new CV joint? Let us know how the actual replacement goes....

60 bucks at the zone, I just did front wheel hubs on a 2000 sebring convert. took about 4 hours total, that included going to the tool store, and three autozones to get the parts. not too bad really. I did both on it.
my daughter has the convert, and the wife has the 99.
