Default Belt tension pulley question

Greetingsall, new to this forum. I have a 1999 Sebring LXi 2 door coupe w/ a 2.5L engine. How do I release thebelt tension pulley for the alternator, p/sbelt? Also does the pulley for the A/C belt loosen the same way? Thanks for the help...Mike
