Default P0882

I have a 2010 sebring 2.7 bought it at auction went to get it found out the transmission is in limp mode with p0882 code we have changed computer, tipm, and transmission still stays in second gear all the time. The last time I messed with it the starter stopped working with the key when I try to start it it just clicks once and won't turn over I can jump the starter and it will turn over and start just not with the key not sure if that has anything to do with the transmission problem been messing with it for about 6 months would like to get it fixed and gone thanks for any help.

Sounds like a dead battery. Will help the starting problem, might even help the transmission problem. The transmission is controlled by a computer. Computers don't like weak sources of electricity (low voltage).

Check the battery leads for corrosion and conductivity.
