Default Power windows 10 sebring

HI

Just recently my passenger power window stopped working. Well the driver switch stopped working and the passenger's switch will only work the window down. Not sure if its the motor or the switch. Any advice on what is wrong or how to troubleshoot?

I recommend contacting your local FCA dealer for further assistance. Let me know if you need help making an appointment - Kevin T, Social Connect Team

Look for a broken wire in the bundle of wires leading into the door. It happens from flexing as the door opens and closes. Start with the driver's side. That gets the most use.

Right.
Where it bends when the door opens.

How much power should be coming from the switch to the motor? I get roughly 14 and -14 from each switch (up and down positions).

14 what? Volts, amps? "Power" is measured in watts, which is volts times amps.

What exactly are you measuring and where exactly are you measuring it? Are you measuring volts at the motor or at the switch? It makes a big difference.

At the connector for the motor. I have the multi meter set to volts.

If you are getting full battery voltage right at the motor but the motor is not responding then wouldn't it be logical that there is something wrong with the motor?
