I’m having trouble with my hands free Bluetooth it won’t let me connect to the Bluetooth. Going to the menu and hitting the phone/Bluetooth it won’t go to the pair section. I can listen to music on my phone by connecting by usb but I can’t hear the phone calls on the radio. How do I soft reset my stero or get rid of this problem

I had a similar issue with Bluetooth and I had to replace the MODULE. Telematics, Uconnect. Hands Free.

Pricy part, easy to install.

I have the same issue on my 2012 300. I have contacted UConnect to trouble shoot and the module needs to be replaced. What is the best source to purchase a new OEM?

 

Does not need to be replaced, Needs to be reflashed. See my listing for service on ebay or any dealership. If you want to buy one then ebay again.
