I just realized that EGR flow is at 0%.... all the time...... so I drove the car for two more days and I get a EGR code. Might be the issues. Will replace and see.

Hey guys so I replaced the EGR valve and all engine codes are gone ! I still have the P0706 Check Shifter Signal code when I scan the TCM. It seems like the TCM reads the right positions minus PARK. In PARK the TCM reads that its in NEUTRAL still. When I am in PARK all shift positions have blocks over then on the dash. It reads all other positions correctly.
