Get a volt meter and see if you have power and ground at the bulb connection .

Default Signal and driving, high beam out now

Did you figure this issue out? I had no signal lights in front. Now I have only 1 high beam(passenger) and one daytime(passenger)and one fog(drivers) all rear lights working fine.

All connections have been tested by Chrysler dealership and by a friend as well. Have proper voltage everywhere.

The grounds to the frame below the battery are notorious for breaking and causing front bulb issues. I had to repair mine in my 2005. Parking, turn signal, front side indicator, fog lamp, head lamp have all gone out at times due to grounding.

I agree with Brian3. Happened to me. This ground has multiple wires and gets corroded. I first created my own headlight ground by splitting light ground and attaching to body. Eventually the main ground got so bad weird things started to happen, no ac, radio, dashboard, etc. Finally bit the bullet and fixed the main ground. Tight squeeze, pain in the neck to get to but can be done.
