Default Tail lights won't go off

06 Touring 2wd.
My side and centre brake lights came on yesterday, and only way I can get them to turn off is to disconnect the battery. Today, the right turn signal came on as well.
I do have a trailer hitch and wiring, but it has been connected for many months. I did back into a hard snow bank yesterday, but not hard enough to damage any of the exterior of the vehicle.

Any ideas?

My bet is you got some snow in the trailer light connection. Try drying it out with a hair dryer. Also check the wires going into the connection box and make sure none are damaged.

Dusty, you were right on. When I moved the wires around on the box, lights were going off and on. So I was able to visit the trailer hitch shop for free, rather than the dealer, where they probably would have charged me (and rightly so) to tell me there was a problem with the trailer lights.

Thanks.
