Larry, I'll see if I can attach a couple of pics. First we tried some things like covering the sunroof and windshield gaps with waterproof painters tape and spraying a hose on it all for 1/2 hour, still had leaks. Going deeper into it, removed the cowl cover and used a thin chisel to break the spot welds holding the metal cowl cover to get better underneath access. Then found the large drain down tube about 2 " in diameter with two ears to snap it into place to hold it. That was our problem area. Once it was removed it was easy to see how water could get down inside and around the under dash air cond equipment and run inside. Sealed the tube with some really good sealer and snapped it into place and has never leaked again in over 6 months. Reattached the metal cover with a bunch of sheet metal screws.
