Default No spark

Car ran fine blown head gasket. Replaced with rebuild head went to start no spark.check timing all good. Chated with online Chrysler mechanic he sent me diagrams to check wireing. Have power to coil no ground signals. He tells me must be pcm. I order new one same. Since I have checked crank sensor cam sensor both sending signal. Still no ground signal to coil. Getting flustered

"Replaced with rebuild head" so do you have a scanner? can you see if the PCM sees the cam sensor signal? With rebuild heads the cam magnet on the driver side can be for a few different setups. so Id swap over the one form your old head to the new one.

if I unplug cam sensor it will throw cam sensor code. I assume that it is picking up. Let me know if I am wrong
